Production Time: 5 working days

Art Requirements: Camera ready artwork 300 dpi resolution or higher. File format: High resolution JPG or Adobe Illustrator (.eps). No placed images & all text must be converted to outlines. If you are unsure of your artwork you can email it to us for review. If unable to provide good art, $18.00 charge will apply for art dept. to fix your artwork. For a text-only imprint you do not need artwork. Use the special instructions box on the order form.

Delivery Time: We will make every effort to ensure that your order ships on time. However, we are not responsible for delays in production, shipment, or delivery due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Setup Charge: $45.00 per color/location

Typesetting Charge: Free

Other Charges: Drop Ship: $6.25 handling fee per additional location.

California Customers: In order to comply with California Proposition 65 all orders shipped to a California address will be packed in individual polybags printed with a Proposition 65 compliance statement at a fee of $0.10 additional per unit, unless customer specifies in writing otherwise.

The new Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) requires us to advise that stress balls are a promotional product for adult use and not safe for children under the age of 12.
