Art Requirements: Camera ready artwork 300 dpi resolution or higher. File format: High resolution JPG or Adobe Illustrator (.eps). No placed images & all text must be converted to outlines. If you are unsure of your artwork you can email it to us for review. If unable to provide usable art a minimum of $12.00 charge may apply for art dept. to fix your artwork. For a text-only imprint you do not need artwork. Use the special instructions box on the order form.

Delivery Time: We will make every effort to ensure that your order ships on time. However, we are not responsible for delays in production, shipment, or delivery due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Setup Charge: $30.00 per color/location; $15.00 exact re-orders.

Additional Imprint Charge: Add $0.20 cents per unit.

Other Charges: Ink change: $20.00; California Customers: In order to comply with California Proposition 65 all orders shipped to a California address will be packed in individual polybags printed with a Proposition 65 compliance statement at a fee of $0.10 additional per unit, unless customer specifies in writing otherwise. Over/Under Runs: for quality control purposes all orders are subject to a 5-10% over/under run. Customer will be charged for quantity shipped.
