If you are unsure of your artwork you can email it to us for review. If unable to provide usable art a minimum of $12.00 charge may apply for art dept. to fix your artwork. For a text-only imprint you do not need artwork. Use the special instructions box on the order form.

Delivery Time: We will make every effort to ensure that your order ships on time. However, we are not responsible for delays in production, shipment, or delivery due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Setup Charge: $50.00 per color/per location. $25.00 Reorder set up charge per color/per location.

Typesetting Charge: No charge.

Additional Imprint Charge: $0.45 cents per addtl. color/location

Other Charges: Note: certain product colors may be more costly. Re-Orders: Art is kept on file for one year from date of order. Over/Under Runs: for quality control purposes all orders are subject to a 5-10% over/under run. Customer will be charged for quantity shipped.
