We offer free 1-day rush service for this product up to 800 units quantity order only. 1-day rush orders must be submitted by 2 PM EST. If you are requesting rush service the following parameters apply: (1) Catalog quantities only up to 800 units. (2) One color, one location (side) imprint only. (3) Art proofs are NOT available on a 1 day rush. (4) Artwork must be submitted in a usable format (see Art Requirements below). Stress balls have a small imprint area. Therefore, we reserve the right to edit your artwork for best fit. (5) Based on the time of day you submit your order, we will ship on a 1-day rush: either the following or 2 business days from order date. (6) Rush service refers only to production time and does not include ship time. Unless you specify otherwise, all orders ship via UPS or Fed Ex ground. Depending on where your order is shipping from and to, ground shipping to most parts of the United States is 1-5 business days. If you need your order by a specific date we urge you to contact us for assistance in how to proceed.

PLEASE READ! WE OFFER RUSH SERVICE WITHIN THE UNITED STATES ONLY. We cannot ship to a PO Box. Although we offer rush service, it cannot be guaranteed. Art Requirements

Art Requirements : Adobe Ilustrator vector based format (.eps or .ai) with all fonts converted to outlines. No placed images and all text must be converted to outlines. If you are unable to provide vector artwork a minimum $10.00 fee will be added to your order for art clean up (this will add another day to production time). For a text-only imprint you do not need to submit artwork. Use the special instructions box on the order form.

Stress balls/ stress relievers are a promotional product and they are intended for adult use, and not intended for children under 12-years of age. CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) testing is completed on various products. CPSIA is not pre-labeled on most items. Orders intended for children 12-years or younger require a CPSIA tracking label imprint in order to be in compliance with CPSIA. Additional charges may apply.
